Hey this is strange. "The Horse Racing game needs attention?". Can you guess what gives you this message? A help baloon? Or Window Eyes?

Hi Parham,
Okay I have updated my version of directX to DIRECTX-90C.EXE-04E0B116.pf. I have uninstalled the horse racing game, and reinstalled it, and I still can't get it to work, and I am still getting the same message as before. That the horse racing game needs attention.

Hello,
Since you get an error even on Treasure Mania, I guess you do not have one of the required programs (like directX 8.0 and etc) or if not, uninstall, remove the whole directory, then reinstall the game. See what happens.
