Just an interesting thing, If you check out the score charts of LC, you'll see 
the following:

Difficulty: Easy Difficulty
Level: 120

Country: Poland

2 christopher michaux
Score: 15760
Email: Not provided
Difficulty: Easy Difficulty
Level: 35
Date: 2007-04-04 13:00:27
Country: France
Don't be fooled, level 120 is way impossible, he used a cheater utility, like 
game cheater or poke. By the way, that will be fixed soon, cheating programs 
like those won't work anymore.
So, that means, the best LC player so far is from france, with level 35.
