[liblouis-liblouisxml] Windows Binaries Revisited

As I understand the problem with compiling liblouisxml for Windows, the
various modules actually do compile, but they are not linked. Perhaps
this is due to the change in liblouss caused by the version problem. The
liblouis config.h file is no lenger passed to liblouisxml. This is just
another guess.

We might want to look at xpdf . The base directory in the tarball
contains a .bat file that sets up things for Windows and some Windows
Makefiles. Perhaps we could do something similar for both liblouis and
liblouisxml. The .bat file could even check for different Windows
compilers, such as VCC++ or the Borland compiler. it would be nice to
hear from those who do their own Windows compilations of liblouis what
compilers they use.

Thanks,
John
