Leveller 2.5 alpha now at build 1348.

- Fullscreen map and scene render targets available for
the View, Render... command. For a fullscreen map, the
entire heightfield is displayed regardless of how it appears
in the map pane. Press Esc to close the fullscreen display.
- FOV parameter removed from flight/edit rendition style dialogs.
It was confusing to have separate FOVs for different styles, so
they are now set in one place (the normal render style).
