Great weekend for flying but not great for me to get away.. My dad has been
ill.. I'm kinda consumed with it right now..

Ended up with John C. , myself and my co-pilot Gavin being the only ones
enjoying the day but we had a great time together. I had to perform a feat
known as a JGTC (John Gray Tree Climb) in a place akin to the wildest
Australian outback after I had an aileron malfunction on my apprentice. Tried
the John "Bill Dance" Cooper fishing technique first but the plane just refused
to take the bait, and when it did it kept breaking the line. So the JGTC was
the last resort. Had some good flying before all that though so it was all
good.
Also got to give my Bixler2 with on board go pro camera a maiden flight and
after getting used to the weight difference it flew great. I have posted the
video on many Google plus account. If anyone wants to see it just let me know
your Google email address and I'll share it with you. That camera makes some
nice video (except of me).
The fever gets stronger with each warm day so we will definitely need to keep
taking advantage of the good weather. I'll let everyone know when we will try
again, and I plan to come to the Marlower E.N.G. thing oon the 27th.
