I really like this one .... but, on my monitor, the skin tones are too dark.
I realize you've probably adjusted it this way, to prevent the furnace opening from "blowing", but I think I'd prefer to see the shot with that blown highlight, and a more natural skin tone.
Just my humble opinion. Of course, a little selective dodging & burning may enable you to keep both in the final "'print". 

Still, the best of the three, and a really nice shot.
