Thanks Doug,
as always your opinion and experience are more than welcome - I
don't have any problem with the R3MOT which I have used for some
time now, but the drive on the R4 was purchased this morning,
hence my series of questions
The R4 won't operate if I get the batteries off, so I was trying
to figure out some way to have it work properly with the drive
(and grip as it is what I wanted) on, but with now battery.
