thank you Juan,

I ask directly, simply... I tell them that their child has a beauty
and a story to tell that can teach people...

I always get a signed release...

usually I am one of the child's regular docs, and I know them well...

irene... I have known for years and I have photographed her before...

I bring my camera only after I have gotten permission, and only after
I have completely finished my rounds and all of my medical work...

again thanks...

sincerely, Steve
