[LRFlex] introductions...

An amateur photographer for 45 years, I hope to have fun taking pictures, to continue to improve, and to interest, and amuse others...as well as myself. It gives me a rush to capture in an image what I feel in person, and I use R's with a variety of lenses to accomplish this goal.

It is easier to enjoy myself with photography since I don't have to make a living based on the results, ...luckily !....My subjects can be most anything, though I especially like to photograph people, often children, especially those I see in my medical practice as a specialist for children. These images can be fun or poignant, are meaningful to me, and to the child's family, and help me to be a better doctor.

61 years old.. I believe I took my first photos about 1950... and my interest blossomed as I navigated the turbulent 60's.
