I it is technically perfect IMHO and it addresses every soul straightforwardly. 
What else could I add?
Oh yes, certainly; I'm happy, not to say relieved, that is is fine now, and I hope he'll in turn be able to enjoy life to the full.

the image, agony and the ecstasy...

illness, care, a chance for recovery...
some may find it difficult, in some ways yes it is....
a little boy from a very remote and physically, a very primitive existence... 
would have died without first world medical support...
now is fine and at home...

I will show an image soon, right before he went home...

I plan to travel north, to take photos of him at his home...
