I said that a long time ago.. Make glass for Nikon and Canon,  It is not
NASA work.

 

Leica makes a lot of money from their lenses... and survival, I think,
depends on lens sales.

 

But, they just seem non-interested...   Maybe they think they can earn more
selling S2 cameras at whatever 10's of thousands of dollars apiece...

Would be nice to have Leica glass that actually works on Canon w/o an
adapter and stopped down mode with the accompanying metering problems
