[LRflex] Welcome Alex!

All:

Just like to welcome Alex Olstein (I think I have that name right!) to 
the group. Alex is our 200th member!

Starting from a small group, of about 30, a little less than 2 years 
ago, we have grown steadily.  And most who have joined us, have stayed!

The only problem, Alex, is that there is no prize! ;-)  Just a lot of 
enthusiasm, polite chat and, should you need it, help.  There are a lot 
of good guys here, with a lot of expertise to share.

To all those who have joined us... including those who only lurk... WELCOME!
