[LRflex] WAS Black-crowned Night Heron - NOW season's cooking

Sehr gerte Herr Doug  ;-) ,
a) thanks for editing mein heron (it sure looks more like it) but not a 
patch on Herr Doug's or Doug Herr's or David's birds.
b) I'll be in Switzerland in three week's time (Gee!), but they also 
serve asparagus there - I'll try your recipe of course -BTW My friend 
Alice lives at Strasbourg and the region is also very proud of its 
production - try them with some of their no so sweet Muscat wine... 
double WOW.
