Hello David, All,
In fact, I have found this site:
http://www.adaptall-2.com/
in which I could find some details about the converter. I happened to buy
one second hand in a shop locally;
Here what it looks like on the Digilux 3, name says it all:

In the following, a picture at maximum focal (210x2x2=840mm)

A bit soft or blurry probably as I made it handheld.
By comparison, an image made using a Telyt400 f6.8 (courtesy of the owner of
Double Expo with who we played using various tele lens).

Conclusion: Leica wins....
Same scene, but a summilux 50mm:

I'll have to test the 2x Tamron on the R7, it could give some results, but
not too good!
Cheers.

True, the Adaptall goes on Adaptall.
My questioin was not proper: How good this 2X is?
That, I am sorry, I do not know.
It seems that the Web2mail is cured....
Hallelujah!
Thanks, for your efforts. :-)
Cheers!
