Thanks both for looking in and also for sharing your well-earned  
opinion 'bout these snaps.

Regarding the locale, when you come through Chicago (perhaps  
integrating it into one of your future Michigan visits) I'll take you  
to the Likely Haunts of the Usual Suspects.

Regarding the Yellowrump, if it weren't for the peskey branch running  
along the centerline of its body I'd be liking that one a bit more.   
It's such a different view from others I've tried that it does have  
my interest, though.  Here's a more "reg'lar" take on this bird:

As for the flicker, I've been chasing them for the past 3 weekends;   
next week I'll pull together a coupla other takes on this one for  
perspective.
