[LRflex] Size matters????

Hello to all,

a recent discussion about the RAW on Digilux 3, phileica asked if it is as 
per Lumix and YES it is.

For David: a 21.3 MB in RAW + 4.5MB for the JPEG

Ouch!

In my time (old, believe me) a 20MB disk cost the price of the Digilux 
3......

If anyone knows the size of the header of the RAW file produced, size given 
in bytes, send it to me, post card from Alfot will be your reward.

I just loved the Duck comic strip: great pix, how many hours under 
photoshop....

Argh, it's rather the truth.

Got my first 30x40cm enlargement from the lab Fuji. Colours are all right. 
The smaller prints 11x17cm are over saturated.There is a processing at the 
lab....

For the big one, I took the SD card off the Leica and requested a print, no 
processing.

In fact, I tend to show images with a minimum processing. Slide culture.....


Although it's "only" JPEG, the results are great. The Photog asked, did you 
get that with the Little PnS Canon? Yep, Dude, yep , hmmmm, strange....

It's fun....
