Hi Bill!

You'll note that in my demo, I cranked the BL up to 33. Typically, I
don't need to crank it to more than 7 or 10... sometimes 3 is enough.
But, I wanted a dramatic difference, so that anybody could see what's
going on. (The BL goes to 100, but things look pretty drastic, by then!)

The same effect can be had with the "curves" graph, in PhotoShop, but
it's a lot harder to control. When I have a hundred or more shots
to go through, from a day's shooting, I don't want to spend all
evening in front of the computer. And the BL in SP makes things
Sooooooo much faster than fiddling with the curves in PS. (BTW: SP
has a curves graph as well, should you want it.)

The only bitter pill is that you have to pay the money to get it to
work! The good part is that " the money" is a lot less than most
comparable products. Currently, a license is 16,000 Yen which equals
99 Euros, or 135 USD, or 151 Canadian Dollars.

There is lots to like about SP, and very little to dislike. Now...
if I could just get them to pay me a commission..... ;-)

Cheers!
