Why not try to find an older 45~90 Angenieu lens that was made for the R3 & 
R4's.

I hear that it was an excellent performer.

I had both the 35~70mm f/2.5~3.3 and 70~210mm f/3.5 Angenieu's and although I 
no longer have them, I deeply regret having let them go.

They weren't very compact, but sure were super performers. I may just get 
both again if I find them cheap enough.
