Very interesting!
It looks like you did more than clean the noise with SilkyPix... the first
image (...cor.jpg) has very little shadow detail, though it does make the
image a bit dramatic, while the second (...dev.jpg) is brighter overall
with more shadow detail and only some of the highlights (such as on the
jaw of the figurine) are blown out. What accounts for these differences?
