[LRFlex] Re: R3-R4s reliablilty, service issues and sources for help?

I am an R4 user and I studied the early problem
with 4's. All information that I have found shows
that the problem was corrected with later R4 and
certainly before the s. My 4 has been trouble
free thank goodness.

A CLA every 15 years or so ought to be all it
needs. The DOF preview lever might become stiff
eventually. Otherwise, keep it excersized and
don't store it in humid conditions and it ought to
keep working for many years.
