[LRflex] Re: Question on 28mm Elmarit-R

I have the same lenses; elmarit-R 28mm first version and summicron-R 50mm
second version. With veliva 100 I see no difference in colour or contrast.
The cecond version of the elmarit is of course improved but mostly in the
corners at close distances and wider apertures. This is what I read on every
forum. Your Olympus is "half frame" so these improvements may not be seen. I
find the lens a capable performer compared to my previous 2.8/28mm AIS
Nikkor which is regarded as the best Nikon 28mm lens.
