Gentlemen
I have put some new photographs onto Pbase. These, unlike all of
the others I have posted, have been scanned in as negatives using my
slide scanner (Minolta Dimage F2900). I think you will agree that
these are orders better and sharper than any I have posted previously!
All - plus some more - are on www.pbase.com/leica1938/bank holiday,
but individual shots are:

Hi Keith!
These are streets ahead of anything you've previously posted. Really
decent stuff.
However, like Douglas, I am getting a strong reddish cast on all the
shots with the exception of the Stilt and the Moorhen + chick. It is
particularly bad on the Eagle Owl. (Please tell me he's captive!)
And unlike Douglas, I have not been fiddling with mine. I use a
calibrated monitor and before posting this, I recalibrated it, to be
sure. It's fine, and the colour cast is still there.
There are also some scratches that need attending to, in PS, if you have it.
Cheers!
