[LRFlex] Re: Poll: new or used?

As it is wildflower season and it is working fine in macro mode, I am using it 
for that only right now. I have a 90 Leitz lens I can use for the focal length 
right now. There just seems to be a problem with focus out at the far end. I 
couldn't see any set screws on the barrel that I would want to muck about, so 
in the fall I will send it to Kindermann in Ontario (former Leica service rep 
for Canada)

There is another story. Leica pulled the agency for Canada from Kindermann, who 
have been Leica in Canada for decades,  and gave it to Lisle Kelco. Net effect, 
all Leica stuff went up in price, Lisle Kelco went bankrupt less than 2 years 
later, and Canadians have to ship off to New York now for Leica repair. I am 
not sure if this has changed lately, but that was the last I heard.
