Thanks, Howard! As for reminding me of the camera's failure, I still
have no idea of just what is going to happen on that front. I got a
note from Ralph Hagenauer on Wednesday, telling me that we was still
in discussions with their insurers. He'd said he'd let me know by
the end of the week, but forgot to indicate which week! ;-)

Sorry, Howard, you couldn't give my "live view". Light must be
siphoned off from the finder system to feed the live-view sensor,
even if it's not being used. "Street photos" might benefit from a
waist level shot, but they amount to 0,005% of my photography. Like
Herr Herr, I value a bright, easy to see, optical finder above almost all else.

Dream on, my friend! Besides, if I want a camera with TLR style
viewing, I'd go for the interchangeable waist level finder such as I
had on my old Nikon 'F'. ;-)

Here, in Logan Lake, the skies are gray, with 15 cm (6 inches) of
fresh snow... and it's still snowing! This is the first of the
season and we're told it won't last, but it's still two to three
weeks early! Should be fun for the 'Trick or Treat'ers! :-(

Right now, I think I'd take your pollution, so long as it came with
some heat! Even better, the 27 degree heat we had in Paris and Wetzlar!

Cheers!
