w/o reading other's replies yet, I think I favor the second. It has a more
complete background giving you more of a sense of motion. The first only
has one section of blur visible to the front of the rider and that is kind
of distracting. If it were behind him, perhaps that would have been better.
All the first has going for it is the nice red color and perhaps the foot
down on the ice. I also like that the second one is a bit further away and
has more room in front of the bike than behind, again giving it more of a
sense of motion.
My 2 cents. Now I'll go read the rest of the comments to see if I am in the
minority.
