Hi Xavier,
I didn't mention Hoya, but these are the ones I use too;
I unscrew them of only very seldom, when they need cleaning; I had scratched my
first Vario-Elmarit, and don't intend to repeat.
The Angies have their Angie original filters, and the Summi, Elma, and other
Leitz/Leica their original Leitz filters. Difficult to find SH , even in Paris
I found (wanted green and orange ones, and couldn't find any).
Anyway, playing it safe is the route, whatever Benoit says.
Bon weekend à tous
Amitiés
Philippe

Hello FLexer.
This is a very interesting article indeed.
Too bad that Leica uses strange sizes such as 60mm (elmarit 24mm and vario
Elmar 80-200 for instance) for which only B&W or heliopan provides filters.
I have a few B&W filters 55mm and 60mm, any one is interested?
The Digilux is equiped with a Hoya, nice!
Have a nice day.
