[LRFlex] Re: 'Nother Introduction

Elliot -

Thanks for the kind words. The photo income has been on a steady rise
the past coupla years; I worked for a news bureau over 20 years ago and
when I quit, I swore I'd never do it for money again. So now I figure
if all the images are formed on my own terms, it's different.

Ahh, the power of rationaization...

Films are Kodachrome and Provia for color and T-max and Neopan for B&W.

I've been using a lab for b&w processing, but that may be about to
change...

Some of the B&W images look better to me for digital output if I hammer
them. The alternative would be serious prints, and I'm a lousy printer
myself. Actually, I'm shopping around for a good B&W printer to work
with for the display stuff.

Nice work Bob...really like many of your pictures. Based upon what you
have
shown one suspects that you have a really great future as a
professional/art
photographer. Can you tell me what film(s) you are using? Do you
process
your own B&W? Some of the B&W images seem manipulated and
"texturized"...are you using your computer?
