[LRFlex] Re: 'Nother Introduction

Well -

In the spirit of these selective disclosure documents, I'm Bob Palmieri. Here
in Chicago, Il, USA I'm a jazz guitar player who teaches at DePaul U, plays
gigs, makes some extra money in the photo world shooting art stuff & music and
builds analog electronic gear. I shoot m's for b&w and 'flexes for color.
Lenses go from 15 to 1000.

Some snaps can be viewed at www.pbase.com/bobsworld

I'm also a committed non-purist who will use whatever I have at hand to get the
image as close as I can to what I want.

And in the spirit of such things, I'd like to pass along my latest find, which
is the use of an inside-out Royal New-Style vacuum cleaner belt as a focus ring
grip for the 60 Macro-Elmarit-R. Really helps for the tweaky stuff...

Check it out...

And another,
SL2 mot with the f4/250 - it balances out nicely with those tons of
batteries hanging underneath it.
And an SL2 50 Jahre looking nice in my glass cabinet.
