Neither does it exist in French but I may assume that it refers to what 
we frogs call "modo" or "moderateur" or else the bloke who spends his 
time trying to fix the site for others to ruin.
I'm trying to set up a site where I might post a few snaps but I feel 
I'm as talented for this as I'm at taking nice pictures, sorry indeed, 
it takes time.
