Hi Eric!

I don't know what brand of adapter I have ... in fact, I don't think 
it has a brand!  But, for US$15 + postage, you want a brand, too?

Mine was quite well made (though it could be better) and seems to work fine.

Focus confirmation on all my Leica lenses is perfect, except for 400 
Telyt f6.8 where it is problematic, depending on the light. It often 
does not work, even in full sunlight.  With the 2x converter, (f 13.6 
wide open) it is simply not possible!  No matter... there is so 
little DOF at 800mm that it is not a problem!

I must say, despite Doug's concerns, I have found the FC to be as 
accurate as I can get by eyeball ... and with the wide angle lenses, 
it's great!
