FWIW, Miha found another solution to his SL strap problem so the Leicaflex ER
case I have is available to other listers if desired, same terms I offered
Miha: US$20 plus shipping. The front half detaches so it can be used as a
half-case.

Not if you want infinity focus. The Visoflex plus M body is deeper than the R
flange-to-film distance. Leitz used to make an R-to-M adapter that doesn't
involve the Visoflex. You get to use your R lenses on an M body, but
focussing is by scale only. Novoflex also makes an adapter like this.

The the R flange to film distance is only .5 mm longer than the F
flange-to-film distance so no adapter would allow infinity focus.

I have heard of a few people *converting* R lenses to Nikon F mount. Check
leitax.com, a few months ago the owner told me he was working on an R-to-F
conversion kit.
