[LRflex] Leica V Lux

 John: Thanks for your input on the V-LUX, should I go that route, EVF,
the Panasonic sounds the way to go, plus my credit card doubles all
warranties up to an additional year. The local camera shop in NYC agreed
with you, said the Red dot costs about $200. My Olympus C750 is 2 years old
and for every good shot I get I also get about 20 out of focus, not so good
shots. The shutter lag is very painful. That was my main reason to start
using my Leica R4sp again.  I don't have the $ for a R9, I did condiser
selling all the Leica grear and going back to a Nikon, looked at the Nikon
D200, but still undecided. I'm concerned the digital cameras will
depreciatequite quickly and may have trouble getting repairs, where as the
film cameras seem to go on for ever. What is really frustrating it the boss
gave me her green light to make a camera change, but I can't mess it up as I
doubt I can get her to agree to another next year. I am in awe of the
greatsites many on the Leica site have to show their shots. We recently
vacationed in SA and do have some interesting shots from the Galapagos and
Amazon Rain forest. I'd also appreciate any input you or others may have in
setting up a photo site. Thanks again, Ed
