I guess, the lighting. Maybe an enormous diffuser to simulate a
cloudy sky would help.
Also, the camera position is quite high, and the image shows too
much? In reality that would be quite a wide angle lens (maybe with
the distortion missing) or the camera would have to be far away. but
then there's too much detail?
So, more blur, low contrast light and dust might help :-)
