[LRflex] Leica R to 4/3rd adaptors

Dear David,
Stepping right up to Tom J's question: The 4/3rds adaptors are made
in China and available from Stephen Gandy as well as in Hong Kong at
Shogun Photo. The Hong Kong price is HK$600 (US$77). If you want to
see a photo of one please visit Gary Toforoff's site:
<http://www.northcoastphotos.com/Lympa.htm>
and, of course, Gary gives a great explanation of using Leica R
lenses on his Oly 4/3rd DSLR. Focusing R lenses with magnified live
view on either the Digilux 3 or Lumix L1 or Oly 330E is much easier,
in my experience, than focusing R lenses on Canon DSLR's and I have
used an alphabet soup of them from the D60 all the way through to the
1D Mk II and the 5D.
Cheers
Howard (in Hong Kong)
