Hi Bob!

Go to http://www3.telus.net/~telyt/lrflex.htm  and unsubscribe.  Then 
re-subscribe with your new address.

If you wish, you may subscribe with your new address, but you will 
get two sets of mail... one at each address.  Once you are convinced 
the new address is working just fine, please do not forget to 
unsubscribe the old address.

If none of this makes sense, or you cannot make it work, email me, 
off list, with your new email address.
