[LRFlex] Housekeeping...

All:

If you are going to be away from your computer for a few days, please, please, please, go to www.horizon.bc.ca/~dnr/lrflex.htm and place your account on vacation. When you return, you can return to the site, cancel 'vacation mode' and list mail will resume. You can always check the archives to read what you've missed.

If you do not do this, and your inbox fills up, your mail starts to bounce. When this occurs, either Xavier or myself must check each and every bounced mail to try to sort out the problem.

More importantly, if the total of bounced mails exceeds 10, freelists.org unsubscribes you from list! This happened to one of our regulars, today!

So please, if you're going on holiday, or will otherwise be away from your email for a while, please use 'vacation mode'!

On a related note: if you change email addresses, please unsubscribe yourself from your old address when you subscribe with your new address. Doing so will save Xavier and I much additional work.
