Hi Ted,
Growing up near Spokane (yeah, the team that 'broke' the Memorial Cup this year
-- apologies for that) with a father who'd emigrated to Canada to continue his
schooling, we always had a fondness for our neighbor to the north. At least
once a year, we'd make the eight-hour drive to Vancouver to sample the foods
and stroll through Stanley Park; best wishes to you and the rest of our
Canadian list brethren --
