David and Jerry : I like the colours too of course but for Bordeaux I'd
settle for a Sauternes (ISO 2001; vintage of the millenium ;-) ) as I'd
recommend Canard à l'Orange.
As a makeshift a young, still on the fruit, but well structured powerful
red could do too.
Javier: I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "posed". These
drakes never got either subsidies or bread crumbs from me. :-(
