[LRflex] FS: Universal R extension tube, calendars, prints

FS: I am selling a custom-made universal extension tube for Leica-R 
cameras.  30mm long and derived from the 14262 extension tube; unlike 
the 14256 or the current ROM Macro-Adapter-R, this extension tube fits 
and meters properly at full aperture on SL and SL2 bodies as well as 
any R body; unlike the 14198 and 14262 dedicated extension tubes for 
the 60mm and 100mm f/4 macro lenses, any R-lens of any cam 
configuration can be used with full-aperture metering with any 
auto-diaphragm R lens.  Can also be used on Leicaflex Standard with 
auto-diaphragm function, but metering will need compensation.  Has 
minor marks and handling wear, functions perfectly.  US$125 plus
