I'd certainly like to think so! If, say, Leica can pull quality at ISO1600 that the Japanese are getting at ISO 400, they could have a runaway best seller (well, by Leica standards) on their hands - despite the price. What a concept! :)

Tom Abrahamsson (of the "M" RapidWinder fame) is attending Photokina, and is well known at Leica. I've asked him to take a good look at the Modul-R. I will pass on his report, when he returns.
