[LRFlex] Depth of field

David and Bob,

Are not the two things that define depth of field the size of the circle of confusion (definition: http://tangentsoft.net/fcalc/help/CoC.htm )and the distance from the subject? No matter what focal length you use, if you are a certain distance from the subject the depth of field would be the same for the same circle of confusion size. So an enlargement of a portion of a short-lens picture would show the same depth of field (but much reduce resolution) as the equivalent frame area from a long-lens picture.
