[LRflex] Re: BW Pano of Whitby from Lythe Bank

Thanks Eric, and to everyone else who looked and commented, many thanks.
The best vantage point is close to the top of Lythe bank, just below the 
church, there's a field gate just off the footpath down to Sandsend.
It's a hell of a hill to walk up, so the X56 bus to Middlesbrough is a 
good idea, get off at the Golden Lion in Lythe, which is now called The 
Stiddy (and doesn't do meals on a Tuesday - we were there on Tuesday, 
damn it).
I'll file away the links and have a look when I've got more time, sounds 
interesting.
