Hi Alex,
Harald's site has some really good stuff on it.
I tried it a quite a while back, but then decided to opt for the rather
simpler BW converter from Photo-plugins.com
http://www.photo-plugins.com/Plugins/Plugins/B-W-Conversion-2.html (BTW
- the examples don't do it justice)
All my BW conversions are done with this. (e.g. loads of train shots and
the recent Italian series). It's certainly not as comprehensive as BW
Styler, but it certainly does the job for me - and it's free too :-)
Unfortunately only for PC, not for Mac, and it only works on 8-bit images.
Cheers
Douglas

Hi all.
I've just downloaded the latest version of this PS filter, which I
find greatly superior to PS grayscale conversion. Much more flexible
with an amazing variety of b/w effects - including paper
grades/types/colourings.
Wondered if anyone else was using it.
Anyway, highly recommended.
Demos available from:

No commercial connection, except as a very satisfied customer.
Best of light.
