Unfortunately I do know him and had a _very_ unsatisfactory experience
last year buying a Rolleiflex 3.5F from his website.
Prior to the purchase he claimed it was "in very good condition,
recently CLA". Luckily I had the sense to first have the camera
shipped directly to a (reputable) Rollei technician, to check it out
prior to shipping it to me in Australia. It turned out the 3.5F had a
string of faults:

adjust

Which would have been on top of Reznik's $US 650 price. That would
have made it one expensive (1959!) 3.5F.
Nutz to that. I had the camera returned to Reznik and asked for a
refund. Igor first claimed the Tech (Harry Fleenor no less) didn't
know his stuff, and then when that didn't work, took his time issuing
the refund.
Meanwhile he posted the camera back on his website, same price, same
claim about "excellent condition, recent CLA".
Come in spinner. Wouldn't this bloke feel more at home on eBay?
Sigh. There's a very good reason why Mr Reznik doesn't appear anywhere
in the Leica FAQ (other than anonymously in the shonky traders topic).
