Hi Bill, First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS with your retirement! I hope that you will have the best photographic years ahead. Welcome to the list and look forward to hearing about the equipment used on your website: www.wvlphotography.com May be interesting for Leicaphiles to know your favorite bodies/lenses/flim used for your world travels. Your Oaxaca shots struck a deep chord inside. It must have been at least a dozen years ago that I visited Oaxaca, Monte Alban and Mitla with a Rolleiflex 3003, 25mm Distagon, 50mm Planar and 200mm Tessar, and rolls of Velvia. In those days, the closest thing to digital was a scanned slide, and it wasn't till much later that I started posting scanned slides onto the internet. I wasn't shooting Leica then, but a few of the photos are online nonetheless: Church of San Jeronimo in Tlacochahuaya near Oaxaca City: http://www.rollei-gallery.net/ecky/image-58278.html Chapel within the Church of Santo Domingo in Oaxaca City: http://www.rollei-gallery.net/ecky/image-55009.html Strolling by bull fight poster along Oaxaque=F1o street: http://www.rollei-gallery.net/ecky/image-55009.html Schoolgirls outside rural Law Office. This office handles civil, penal, divorce and habitat law....all under one Oaxaque=F1o roof! http://www.rollei-gallery.net/ecky/image-55015.html Now that you're retired, I hope that you will travel far and wide so that we can live vicariously through the eyes of your globe trotting lenses!
