David, don't take a chance it's not worth it, don't use it! Maybe you've just been lucky so far!! I had one and went to get a couple of new ones and those in the store were the defective numbers for sale! :-( Obviously I didn't buy and went some place else looking for the right version.

If in doubt buy a Sandisk if yer in extreme need. But don't play card lottery and loose your stuff.
