Jim. You are obviously not talking weight. The R8 + 100 APO is an impressive hunk of material to haul around. I had to lose 25 pounds of my own weight just to handle it. :-)

I own 3 Leica lenses with macro capability. The 35-70/4, 60/2.8 and 100/2.8 APO. All three are great lenses with the 100 being the absolute pinnacle of the group.
