Beautifully composed, nicely captured. The catchlight in the eye drew me in, and the expression is so natural.

However, I could wish for sharpness on her eyes and face instead of her hand. It looks like your focus point was a little in front of her. I realize child photography is as unpredictable as capturing wildlife images - you never know exactly which way they'll move. ;)
