Lots to slowly discover in this image, yet not too much. I like the lit hands and the passed instrument, light right at the tip of the in-focus forceps and the 'space-suited' face in profile. No, it doesn't show explicit emotion but it gives a feel for the delicacy of the operation. Nice.
