Bill,
I use mostly slide film mostly because I always have ant it's what my filing
system if you can call it that is set up for slide. Oh, also because negs
deteriorate faster.
I've tried a few rolls of 100UC and 400UC - like 'em both. The 100UC has
essentially no grain, great sharpness, color, and latitude. The only thing
I don't like about it is that it's not a slide film. 400UC has noticable
grain, but for ISO 400 it's quite good. If slide film were to become too
much hassle I'll use these.
